Hours:
K9 Ranch is open by appointment only, for tours, pick-ups and drop-offs. Contact the ranch by phone — 905-936-2224 — or by e-mail — k9team@k9ranch.ca — to book an appointment that is convenient for your schedule.

Pick-ups and Drop-offs:
Must be scheduled in advance.
Can be as early as 7:00 a.m. and as late as 7:00 p.m.

Tours:
Must be scheduled in advance, usually between 10:30 to 2:30 daily.

Grooming:
You can book your professional grooming appointment (Sundays, Mondays & Thursdays) via your client account in our portal, or contact us directly — 905-936-2224 — or email us at k9team@k9ranch.ca

Office Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Although the ranch is fully staffed and operational during holidays in terms of caring for boarded dogs, the ranch office is closed on the following days:

• Thanksgiving
• Remembrance Day
• Christmas Holiday
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
